Being a Comedian for more than 20 years now, I can sincerely say that I have performed in the most noticeably bad places and the best places in the nation. I will focus on the best places on the grounds that I accept drama ought to be an upbeat occasion and not a killjoy. What makes a Comedy Club fun and fruitful is the best possible setting. It is about environment, seating course of action and above all else, the closeness variable. Parody is a private medium that dependably works best in littler venues of 400 seats or less. The greater the venue, the less the swarm is a piece of the experience. I accept that Comedy Clubs and Small Theaters are the best, particularly for a swarm specialist like myself. My Favorite Comedy Venues Of All Time 1. The Original Improv(NYC, NY)- This club was the Grandaddy of all Comedy Clubs. It was the first and really the best. It was pleasant and little, around 100 seats, hint, and had such an air about it. When you were on that stage, you realized that any semblance of George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Lenny Bruce and any other person you can consider in Comedy, had performed there before you. What an awesome spot it was. I miss it profoundly and the manager, Silver Friedman, was incredible to me.
2. Rapscallion's Comedy Club(Ocean Township, NJ)- This turned into my home base for a long time and it was the ideal Comedy Club. It held around 225 seats agreeably and there wasn't a terrible one in the house. It was a rectangular room with the stage on one of the long dividers, so every seat was near to the stage.
